ROTEL CUPS

ROTEL CUPS! (The ingredients will have you at hello! And when you take your first bite of these little bits of heaven, it'll have you singing! You’ll wanna “RO-tel it on the mountain” when you take your first bite!)

Ingredients:

• 3 pkgs. mini fillo shells {in the frozen aisle}
• 1 can Rotel, drained almost all the way {I used Mild}
• 1 bag real bacon bits
• 1 1/2 cups shredded colby & monterrey jack cheese
• 1 cup mayonnaise
