Chinese Orange Beef
Chinese Orange Beef. Made with out breading, and fresh squeezed orange juice. Was REALLY yummy! I ate it over cabbage ribbons and really liked it. Greg had with brown rice and was a fan as well. Also mixed in a few cups of stir fry veggies. I would double the recipe to accommodate the extra veggies next time, but there will def be a next time :)
