Maple Dijon Chicken... kind of a play on Holy Yum Chicken. That one cooked at 500* for like 30 minutes, which worked perfectly! Always use a small enough pan that the sauce doesn't burn off. And dont cook the rosemary in; sprinkle on after for just a hint of flavor.
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp real maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ Tbsp dried rosemary (or 1 Tbsp fresh)
- 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
