Inside-Out Caramel Apples. Scoop out inside of apple. Melt vegan caramel. Fill apple with caramel and top with your favorite vegan granola or nuts.

1 (14 ounce) bag caramels
1 1/2 tablespoon water
2 apples
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 Nature Valley granola bars, crumbled
