Apple and Cream Cheese Dessert

A classic apple tart that looks like a bouquet of roses.

Ingredients :
For the dough

• 115g unsalted butter, softened
• 60 gr icing sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 vanilla sugar or a few drops of vanilla essence
• 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
• 100 g of fine ground almonds in a blender
• 160g flour

For the cream:

• 400 ml of milk
• 100 ml white wine sweet
• 3 egg yolks
• 1 vanilla sugar or a few drops of vanilla essence
• 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
• 6 tablespoons sugar
• 4 tablespoons flour

For the decoration:

• 2-3 apples (peel of three apples, the flesh of one)
• a little apricot jam
